One of the qualities of faith, is expectation. Faith always expects. Faith always moves towards it's goal. - Rev Marvin Winans, at Whitney Houston's funeral

I'm a wife to Paul, mom to Porter + Simon, a serial blogger + social networker. I love iced coffee, changing seasons, taking pictures, good music, great food, books before movies, and writing things down. During the day, I am an SEO specialist for an amazing Seattle-based creative marketing agency.

I must clarify a few things for you. This isn't a fashion blog: I wear yoga pants 5 days out of a possible 7, and my favorite makeup is from Target.

I'm no Supermom: I do laundry once a month, and pin recipes and decor that I probably won't ever attempt.

This isn't a crafty blog. One time I found a sock-bun tutorial on YouTube and spent about 13 hours trying to achieve those fantastic no-heat curls. All I walked away with was a ruined pair of socks and limp hair.

Please say hello! I'd love to meet you... and I'm sure there's a little bit of you, somewhere in here. ;)
